Dandelion seeds, nylon threads, lead.

Nylon threads stretch from ceiling to floor weighed down by pieces of lead. Within the threads, individual dandelion seeds are attached to form a precise yet almost invisible, three-dimensional sweeping arrow shape that moves subtly and constantly.
